From the young age of 5 I was introduced to birth when my daycare-giver would watch "A Baby Story" with me every afternoon on TLC. As the years went on, I found myself continuously drawn & interested in all things pregnancy & birth -- scouring youtube for home birth stories & videos. When I stumbled across the job ad for a Receptionist here at PSBC something in my heart knew this was the place where I could flourish & really make a difference. I had been working 3 years as a veterinary receptionist & just needed something more fulfilling. Not long after starting here I fell in love with the midwives & everything about this place. I realized quickly that when I have babies one day I will be choosing & trusting this care team. Since starting here in 2021 my empathy & knowledge for pregnancy has grown tremendously. I take pride in lifting others up & providing the best possible care for everyone of our clients. Almost 2 years into my role as a receptionist I was promoted to office manager in May 2023. I am also a part time Barista at Gourmet Latte on the weekends. I was born & raised here in the PNW & enjoy travel, nature, and music.
